In my News Analysis this week, I discussed:
- President Joe Biden’s interview with CNN’s Farid Zakaria where he launched yet another assault on the legitimacy of Israel’s government;
- U.S. support for the Lebanese Armed Forces. Over the past few weeks the LAF has operated shoulder to shoulder with Hezbollah terror forces in repeated cross-border penetrations of Israel. As the threat of war rises by the day, the U.S. is doubling down on the Hezbollah-controlled Lebanese government;
- Attorney General Gali Baharav Miara and her team could not provide the government with any explanation for their refusal to permit the police to enforce the law against leftist rioters blocking highways and rioting at Ben Gurion Airport.
- With the full support of Attorney General Baharav Miara, leaders of the leftist insurrectionists announced that Monday would be a “Day of Rage,” and they planned to block traffic on highways across the country and interfere with air traffic even as the public expressed overwhelming disapproval of their actions.
