In Episode 30 of the Caroline Glick Mideast News Hour, I was joined once again by my colleague and friend Dr. David Wurmser in Washington.
David and I discussed Trump’s unexpected pro-Palestinian and anti-Netanyahu statements published last weekend by leftist Israeli reporter Barak Ravid and what it tells us about his Middle East policies, his team, and the likely policies of a second Trump term in office.
We moved on to discuss Trump’s decision to leave the 2015 nuclear deal, what it accomplished and how it has impacted the Biden administration’s efforts to reengage Iran in nuclear diplomacy from a position of weakness, and where it leaves Israel.
We ended with a discussion of academia’s latest act of war against Israel and Jews. On December 2, the Middle East Studies Association passed a resolution to support BDS. We focused our discussion on what this is liable to mean for future U.S. support for Israel and for the fight against anti-Semitism in America.
